warranty cARD
We operate a dedicated in-house service center staffed by trained and certified watchmakers and polishers specializing in luxury timepieces. The size of our facility enables faster turnaround times while maintaining strict control over service quality.
We offer a 2-year movement warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover water damage or normal wear and tear, such as damage to the crystal, crown, or bracelet.

shipping & handling
We ship worldwide and provide full coverage
on the goods. Once the order is placed, we source, certify, refurbish and ship the merchandise within 10-12 business days.
The shipping cost is included in the invoice.
